Owlet soaked from weekend snowstorm rescued by Colorado Parks and Wildlife
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Seems like this little guy wasn't a fan of the snowy weekend. Thankfully, Colorado Parks and Wildlife say the owlet was returned safely to its nest.
Today's #wildlife #rescue is a young #Great horned owlet found in the #ColoradoSprings area. It was soaked from the snowstorm. @COParksWildlife intern Rebekah Ryan got these photos. Deemed healthy, it was placed under the nest so it could climb back inside. pic.twitter.com/rHHJiB1t8r
