Woman arrested after fatal hit-and-run in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The driver who was wanted in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a 20-year-old woman in Colorado Springs has been arrested.
CSPD said 40-year-old Amanda Lee Rivera-Frank was identified as the driver of a silver Audi involved in a crash on July 20 at the intersection of N. Circle Drive and Galley Road.
That crash killed Olivia Clark of Colorado Springs.

Detectives say the victim Clark was crossing North Circle Drive at Galley Road heading west when she was hit by the car. Paramedics took Clark to a hospital where she passed away on July 23 due to her serious injuries.
An arrest warrant was issued for Rivera-Frank for a class 3 felony charge of accident involving death, and two misdemeanor charges related to the hit-and-run. She turned herself in on Thursday to the Florence Police Department. A mugshot hasn't been made available.
