Auto v. pedestrian crash closes southbound I-25 in Trinidad
TRINIDAD, Colo. (KRDO) -- A serious crash closed the interstate just before 5 p.m. Friday in Trinidad. Colorado State Patrol tells us that a pedestrian was hit and was transported to a hospital.
The crash happened just before 5 p.m. near Exit 15 Goddard Avenue. The road is still closed as of the time of 7 p.m.
CSP wasn't able to tell us how severe the injuries are of the person who was hit. Motorists are asked to seek alternate routes and watch for emergency vehicles.
