Fatal crash on South Academy at I-25 under investigation
EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- A serious crash Wednesday evening closed South Academy at I-25 and called authorities to the scene. A spokesman with the Colorado State Patrol confirmed to KRDO the crash is fatal.
The crash happened just before 7 p.m., closing the road. No additional information about the victim was immediately available.
Fountain Police is the lead agency investigating the crash. KRDO has calls out for more information and will update this article as more details become available.
