Obamas to deliver virtual commencement addresses Saturday to Class of 2020

WASHINGTON -- Former President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama will help celebrate the Class of 2020 Saturday after graduation ceremonies across the nation were canceled.

The Obamas announced again Saturday they'll be delivering two virtual commencement addresses, reported our partners at 9News. The first address was held at 2 p.m. Eastern for the Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The second address for the high school class of 2020, titled "Graduate Together," is scheduled for 8 p.m. Eastern.

The speech will air tonight as an hour-long prime time TV special at 7 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on NewsChannel 13. "Graduate Together" was organized by NBA superstar LeBron James, reports 9News.
