Pueblo Police: Drivers suspected of street racing cited
PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- The streets of Pueblo are safer Sunday morning after police nabbed five drivers suspected of street racing.
Saturday evening patrols spotted more than 100 cars in the area of Northern and Prairie. Police say the drivers started dispersing around midnight when officers got on scene.
Five drivers were caught for doing about 25 miles over the speed limit. One driver was cited for going 84 miles per hour in a 35 zone.
