PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- Pueblo County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) announces that they arrested three people in unrelated incidents in the Blende area early Tuesday morning, recovering drugs, guns and other paraphernalia.

The first arrest occurred while deputies were patrolling near the 2000 block of Santa Fe Drive when they noticed a car with "fictitious license plates," according to PCSO. Deputies say drug paraphernalia was in plain view, and the driver, who was identified as Joshua Wisthoff, 39, was on parole.

Deputies say they found 24.2 grams of Fentanyl, a loaded gun and drug paraphernalia in Wisthoff's car.

Wisthoff was arrested for the following, according to PCSO:

  • Unlawful distribution
  • Manufacturing
  • Dispensing
  • Sale of a controlled substance
  • Special offender
  • Possession of a weapon by a previous offender
  • Fictitious license plates.

PCOS says during their investigation, a deputy noticed a parked car in the same area that also had drug paraphernalia in plain view. Deputies identified the driver of this car as Roxanne Solorio, 35. According to PCOS deputies, they found 33.1 grams of methamphetamine and 12 grams of fentanyl in the car.

Solorio was arrested for the following, according to PCSO:

  • Two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute
  • Tampering with physical evidence

Close to an hour later, PCOS says they saw a "suspiciously parked vehicle" not far from where the other two incidents occurred in the 1500 block of Santa Fe Drive. According to deputies, the passenger of this vehicle, identified as Patrick Barela, 38, was wanted on a warrant.

According to law enforcement, as Barela was being taken into custody, deputies noticed drug paraphernalia in plain view. Deputies say they found a suspected stolen gun, fentanyl and assorted drug paraphernalia.

Barela was arrested on the warrant, according to PCOS.
