Colorado Springs crews called to abandoned house fire in Knob Hill neighborhood
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Springs Fire Department had its hands full Saturday morning, first battling a 2-alarm construction fire and then later a house fire at an abandoned residence.
Crews responded to the house fire around 6 a.m. in the 200 block of Iowa Ave. The home was fully involved but firefighters got it under control just before 7 a.m., said CSFD.
No on is displaced as the home was abandoned. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
