PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- Pueblo police say they believe a juvenile is responsible for fatally shooting a 37-year-old man late Saturday, but no arrests have been made.

We reported when the victim was shot Saturday night near 700 Wilson Ave. He died Sunday morning, and police said they had a person in custody.

KRDO learned from Pueblo police Monday that the shooter is a juvenile and that investigators are still gathering information before possibly making an arrest. Police didn't immediately rule out that the shooting could've been in self-defense.

The victim hasn't officially been identified yet, but police tell us the victim and the juvenile did know each other. We're expecting to learn the victim's name later Monday, if not in the coming days.
