At least that’s an indication that foul play is not suspected. I’ve known about a number of child deaths resulting from undiagnosed congenital medical disorders. Such latent conditions are generally only detected if the child undergoes tests for some other reason and the disorder is found accidentally. But what a tragedy for the family, whatever the reason.
