Colorado Springs Fire Department rescues dog from house fire

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) — Colorado Springs Firefighters responded to a house fire on Monument Street near N. Hancock Ave. east of downtown on Saturday.

Firefighters were battling the fire around 4:30 p.m. CSFD tweeted there were no injuries and firefighters rescued a dog from the home.
