PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) says it has arrested a man for attempted first-degree murder after he allegedly shot at his neighbors on Wednesday.

According to PCSO, 40-year-old Justin Solberg from Avondale was arrested for two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of menacing with a deadly weapon, illegal discharge of a firearm and vehicular eluding.

PCSO says detectives had been looking for Solberg in connection with the incident where he allegedly shot at neighbors, and it prompted a shelter-in-place order and response from PCSO SWAT. They say no one was injured in the incident.

According to officials, Solberg had left his home and his car was seen going towards the city of Pueblo. Detectives say they found his car on the northwest side of the city and attempted to stop the car, but Solberg refused to stop.

Eventually, Solberg was seen walking near 23rd Lane and Gale Road and he was taken into custody, according to PCSO. His car was found near Exit 91 off of Interstate-25.

Solberg has now been booked into the Pueblo County Jail. PCSO says the investigation is still ongoing.
