Colorado Springs police investigate residential shooting

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reports that one male suffered a gunshot wound after a disturbance near the 300 block of S. Hancock Avenue.

According to police, around 9:15 p.m. on July 29, they responded to a report of a shooting. When they arrived, police say they found a male victim with a gunshot wound to his torso.

An investigation found that the shooting happened inside a residence following a disturbance in the living room, says CSPD.

Police say at least one round was fired and all parties involved have been identified. The investigation is ongoing.
