Two vehicles found on fire in Colorado Springs prompts police investigation

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Police are calling the situation 'suspicious circumstances' after two vehicles were found aflame early Saturday near Fillmore and Nevada.

Around 3:58 a.m., police were called to help fire crews with a reported vehicle fire in the 3100 block of N. Stone Ave.

At the scene, fire crews and police officers found two vehicles engulfed in flames. The fires were put out and no injuries were reported, police say.

The investigation is ongoing.
