BOISE, Idaho — Matt Johnson scored 22 points to lead the Northern Colorado Bears and Dalton Knecht sealed the victory with a layup with 56 seconds remaining as the Bears took down the Portland State Vikings 84-80 in the first round of the Big Sky Conference Tournament.
