Bruner scores 18, Denver tops Western Illinois 74-44

DENVER — Led by Tommy Bruner’s 18 points, the Denver Pioneers defeated the Western Illinois Leathernecks 74-44 on Thursday night. The Pioneers are now 13-12 with the win and the Leathernecks fell to 14-9.
