Smith scores 19, Denver defeats IUPUI 86-64

NEW ORLEANS — Led by Tevin Smith’s 19 points, the Denver Pioneers defeated the IUPUI Jaguars 86-64 on Wednesday night. Jlynn Counter led the Jaguars in scoring, finishing with 16 points. The Pioneers improved to 4-1 with the win and the Jaguars fell to 1-4.
