Los Dos Potrillos to open Colorado Springs and Loveland locations in 2027

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- A Colorado-grown restaurant chain is coming to Colorado Springs in 2027.

The Ramirez Hospitality Group announced Los Dos Potrillos will open two new locations in 2027, including one in Colorado Springs. That location will be at 5832 Barnes Road and open in early 2027. According to the group, the over 5,000 square-foot spot is undergoing a complete renovation.

Los Dos Potrillos was founded in 2002 in Centennial before expanding into other parts of Colorado, including Castle Rock and Littleton. Officials say the restaurant has become a household name in the Denver metro area, and that they will bring the same menu and hospitality to their two new locations.

The company also says the two new locations are expected to create around 100 new jobs. The company says both Colorado Springs and Loveland have been on the list of potential locations for a while.

The group's other location will be in Loveland at The Promenade Shops at Centerra and open in spring of 2027. The company says it plans to open two to three more locations in the Rocky Mountain region in the coming years.

More information on the new locations is available on the restaurant's social media.
