Thousands expected to ride in Colorado Springs’ ‘Bike to Work Day’ event

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Bike to Work Day returns to Colorado Springs tomorrow, June 24, with more than 40 breakfast stations across the city to welcome cyclists with free food, refreshments and community encouragement.

According to the city, thousands of riders are expected to take part in the event. The city encourages participants to plan their routes in advance, ride safely and wear a helmet.
