Meet Lucy Marie! The HSPPR Pet of the week

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO)-- Are you looking for a new companion? Lucy Marie might steal your heart!

Lucy Marie is a three-year-old brown brindle Pit Bull mix who came into HSPPR as an owner surrender.

Lucy is a playful, fun-loving girl who’s always ready for a good time, especially if a tennis ball is involved. She loves cuddling, jumping, and soaking up ear scratches. She also has some basic training down, such as being crate-trained, housebroken, and knowing sit.

Lucy has done well with children ages 5 and up, but since she may be uncomfortable around other dogs and likes to chase cats, she would likely thrive as the only pet in the home.

Lucy Marie’s adoption is $150 and she will go home with her vaccinations, a voucher for a vet exam, a microchip, and she is already spayed.
