TODAY: Expect highs in the low to mid-70s with scattered showers and storms in the afternoon and evening. We'll get some gusty 20-40 MPH winds with these storms. We could also see isolated instances of flash flooding along burn scars and hail.

EXTENDED: We stay the 70s and 80s in lower-lying areas for the rest of the week. Expect daily chances for PM showers and storms, bringing more gusty winds, hail and flash flooding concerns.
