Colorado Governor releases ‘excused absence’ letter for Rockies home opener

DENVER, Colo. (KRDO) -- Colorado Governor Jared Polis has released a signed "excused absence" letter encouraging people to skip work for the Rockies home opener.

Gov. Polis says to consider "yourself officially covered" for what he calls "more than a game," but is instead an "honored Colorado tradition."
