Cheyenne Mountain baseball advances to third round

Cheyenne Mountain scored eight times in the 4th inning and knocked off top-seed Pueblo County, 14-2, to advance to the third round of the 4A state tournament.

The Red-Tailed Hawks will face Palisade next.

Pueblo County has been eliminated.
