Air Academy vs Dakota Ridge in 4A state championship

The Air Academy Kadets saw their outstanding season come to a disappointing end in the 4A state championship game.

Dakota Ridge scored seven straight goals after falling behind 1-0, and never looked back. The Eagles knocked off the Kadets, 12-7, to win the state championship.

Even with the loss, Air Academy finishes the season with an impressive 16-2 record.
