CDOT urges caution on I-25 northbound near Woodmen Road; Rocks spilled on highway

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) says drivers should use caution on I-25 northbound.

CDOT says rocks are spilled on the highway between the Nevada Avenue exit and Woodmen Road exit.
