Colorado DMVs face temporary outage, unable to issue licenses, other identification

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - The Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) says those who have appointments at a local DMV will need to reschedule.
Officials say they are unable to issue driver licenses, instruction permits and identification cards due to a technical issue. They say the technical issue stems from the Social Security Online Verification System (SSOLV).
Online ID services are also unavailable.
