Warmer and Drier Friday, With Storms Returning Saturday

RP1
KRDO

TONIGHT: Skies will be clear to mostly clear overnight, with lows falling into the 30s and 40s.

TOMORROW: It will be warmer on Friday with highs getting into the 70s and 80s across the region. It should be mostly sunny in the morning before clouds build through the afternoon. In the wake of our departing upper level system, we may end up with a stray storm over and near the mountains... but most should stay dry though the day.

EXTENDED: A weak cold front slides through on Saturday that will drop temperatures slightly and bring back a chance for afternoon storms. Sunday looks to be the warmer and drier of the two weekend days, however, the winds are expected to kick up on Sunday especially during the afternoon timeframe. Our next system moves in on Monday with a cold front expected to move through Monday evening. This cooler air will be felt on Tuesday as high temperatures fall into the 60s and 70s with an increase in storm chances through the middle of next week.
