Crash at Powers and Constitution creating backups

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - The Cimarron Hills Fire Department (CHFD) and the Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) are responding to a rollover accident at Powers and Constitution.

CHFD says to watch for emergency responders and slowing traffic in the area.
