Breweries around the state are celebrating Colorado Pint Day

KRDO

COLORADO (KRDO) -- Today, April 10th, marks the state's 9th annual 'Colorado Pint Day' with over 225 participating locations this year's event is the largest in Colorado history.

The Colorado Brewers Guild started 'Colorado Pint Day' in 2016. Since then the holiday has developed a cult-like following even inspiring states like New York and Texas to follow suit.

Here's how it works: each year participating breweries sell limited-edition 'Colorado Pint Day' glasses. With each pint glass sold $1 is donated to support the guild's mission to promote independent craft breweries across the state. To find a brewery near you, click here.
