Overnight apartment fire in Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Fire officials are investigating an overnight apartment fire near Memorial Park. It happened at 11;59 p.m. along South Union Boulevard and Whitman Road.
The Colorado Springs Fire Department said the incident was small and contained to just one apartment. Crews were able to get the flames under control within just one hour.
No injuries have been reported at this point and no one has been displaced. However, the fire's cause is still under investigation.
