Semi blocking eastbound on-ramp to Hwy 16 from Hwy 85 near Fountain
EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) - A semi is blocking the eastbound on-ramp to Highway 16 from Highway 85, according to the City of Fountain.
The city says it will take several hours to clear it from the area to open the roadway.
They are asking people to use alternate routes.
