Blizzard Conditions Shutting down I-70 for Safety Concerns

COLORADO (KRDO) -- According to the Colorado Department of Transportation, I-70 going westbound has been closed down due to safety concerns between Limon and the Kansas state line.

Highway 86 has also been closed from Elizabeth to Limon going both ways due to zero visibility.

Travelers should use alternate routes.
