Officials recover body from Monument Creek on Mark Dabling, east of I25

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is on scene of a body that was found in the area of Mark Dabling and Filmore.

CSPD says that the homicide team is investigating in case there are any suspicious circumstances, and if there are not any suspicious circumstances, CSPD wants to rule homicide out. 

According to CSPD, the call came in just before noon, and the Colorado Springs Fire Department recovered the body from the creek.
