Colorado Springs police searching for attempted homicide suspect

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is searching for a suspect after an attempted homicide in Colorado Springs on Tuesday, November 14 at approximately 3:14 p.m.

CSPD received a call from a witness to a shooting which occurred in the 3400 block of Afternoon Circle. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the suspect had fired a handgun into an occupied vehicle.

The victims of the attempted homicide were uninjured. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle and was known by the victims.

No arrests have been made at this time.
