USAFA cadet faces court-martial this week

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. (KRDO) - A special court-martial is scheduled to begin this week for a United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) cadet.

According to the USAFA, Cadet Seth Misukanis has been charged with one specification of fraudulent appointment in violation of Article 104a Uniform Code of Military Justice; two specifications of false official statement in violation of Article 107, UCMJ; one specification of wrongful use of cocaine in violation of Article 112a, UCMJ; and one specification of wrongful use of psilocybin (a Schedule I controlled substance) in violation of Article 112a, UCMJ.

The court-martial is scheduled to begin on Thursday, Oct. 26.
