Colorado State Patrol warns public of scam email

COLORADO (KRDO) - Colorado State Patrol (CSP) is warning the public of an online email scam surrounding credit card skimming devices.

Scammers are sending out an email offering people a fake list of gas stations that are reportedly impacted by credit card skimming devices.

They say they offer a link to the stations. CSP officials say to not click the link as it could contain phishing scams and malware.
