Michelin Ceremony introduces first stars of Michelin Guide Colorado

DENVER, Colo. (KRDO)-- The Michelin Guide has officially made its debut in Colorado with five establishments being awarded One-Michelin Star and four restaurants earning Michelin Green Stars. 

The full selection, including Bib Gourmand restaurants and Recommended eateries, came to a total of 44 restaurants. 

Chefs and restaurant teams were honored the night of Tuesday, September 12, at the Mission Ballroom in Denver.

The Michelin Guide Inspectors identified nine restaurants to award the Bib Gourmand designation to, which recognizes eateries for great food at an even greater value.
