Missing Endangered Alert: 37-year-old man last seen in Jefferson County
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO)-- The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is sending out an Endangered Missing Alert for a man out of Jefferson County.
Richard Kenneth Foster, 37, was last seen on August 22, at around 10 p.m., according to the CBI.
He was last seen leaving the Jefferson County Detention Center located at 200 Jefferson County Parkway and has not been seen since.
The CBI reported Foster suffers from several psychological issues which may inhibit him from making sound judgments and also is known to abuse drugs and alcohol.
Richard Foster is described as a 37-year-old white man who has red hair and blue eyes. He is 6’3 and 164 pounds.
