Broken gas line forces closure along N. Boyero Ave. in Pueblo West

PUEBLO WEST, Colo. (KRDO) - Pueblo West drivers are warned of a road closure along North Boyero Ave. due to a broken gas line.

The Pueblo West Fire Department first reported the closure at 10:49 a.m. N. Boyero Ave. is closed from E. Platteville Blvd. to N. Escondido Dr.

Crews are at the scene and the gas company is working to repair the line.

It's unclear how long the closure will last. People are asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
