Shooting near ATM at a Cimarron Hills bank
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - Colorado Springs Police responded to reports of a shooting near an ATM at a bank along N. Powers Blvd. and Constitution Ave.
The Colorado Springs Police Department said a victim reports shots "were fired" at them while they were at the ATM.
