Denver Nuggets Championship Celebration for NBA Finals win

DENVER, Colo. (KRDO) - Denver Nuggets fans from across the state gathered at the state capitol Thursday morning to celebrate the team's historic NBA Finals win.

Pre-rally activities began with live music, Nuggets season highlight reels, live video from the parade, and more at 9 a.m. at Civic Center Park.

The parade, with the team being carried through the city on fire trucks, officially began at 10 a.m. The team began at Union Station, which is 17th and Wynkoop, to Civic Center Park.

At 11:30 a.m., KRDO began airing highlights of the parade and rally in a special report on-air and online. That can be streamed above.

After the parade reaches Civic Center Park, the City and County of Denver held a rally honoring the 2023 NBA Champions.
