Game 3 NBA Finals live blog; Nuggets win Game 3 in Miami

MIAMI, Fla. (KRDO) - The Denver Nuggets are facing the Miami Heat in Florida tonight for Game 3 of the NBA Finals.
Over the next two games in South Beach, the Nuggets hope to get back on the winning track after losing Game 2.
Ahead of the game, the team said it won't be fazed by playing on the road while in the NBA Finals. Hopefully, their face-off with the Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals got them ready for these two games.

6:38 p.m. - Tipoff. Heat get the ball and miss a layup on their first possession.
6:40 p.m. - Heat get on the board first.
6:41 p.m. - Nuggets are on the board.
7:04 p.m. - End of the first quarter and the game is tied 24-24.
7:07 p.m. - Start of the second quarter.
7:25 p.m. - Nuggets hanging on to a small lead with five minutes left in the first half. 41-37
7:27 p.m. - Heat take the lead. 42-41
7:40 p.m. - At the half, the Nuggets have a five-point lead, 53-48
7:55 p.m. - Second half starts.
8:03 p.m. - Nuggets extend their lead to 11 points, 65-54.
8:20 p.m. - End of the third quarter.
8:24 p.m. - Start of the fourth quarter and the Nuggets lead 82-68.
8:28 p.m. - Nuggets extend their lead to 16 points, 86-70.
8:45 p.m. - Nuggets maintain a healthy lead with three and a half minutes to go, 99-83.
9:03 p.m. - Nuggets win 109 - 94. Game 4 is Friday in Miami.
