Barry Morphew and his daughters speak with ABC News after filing lawsuit against prosecutors
CHAFFEE COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO)-- Barry Morphew and his daughters are speaking out for the first time since a $15 million lawsuit was filed against prosecutors who handled the murder case against him.
It's been three years since Barry's wife, Suzanne Morphew disappeared on Mother's Day 2020. Barry was charged with her murder, but that case was dropped in 2022.
In an exclusive interview with ABC News that aired during Good Morning America on KRDO 13, Barry and his daughters maintained his innocence and insisted he was wrongfully charged with her death.
