El Paso County Sheriff’s Office search for missing 21-year-old man
EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating 21-year-old Elias Valdez.
Early Tuesday morning, Valdez was last seen around 1:30 a.m. in the 4600 block of Wharf Pt., deputies said.
According to deputies, Valdez has a developmental delay and a neurological disorder.
