Crews put out heavy single apartment fire near E. Arvada St.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- A fire that sparked inside a single apartment building has been put out, according to the Colorado Springs Fire Department.
Monday, crews urged residents to evacuate the apartment complex following a heavy working fire.
Crews say the fire started on the bottom level of the building, just before 11 a.m. in the 233 block of E. Arvada St.
Crews reported some residents sustained minor injuries but no one was taken to the hospital.
