Police search for two vehicles involved in shooting on Pueblo’s east side, bystander injured

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- Police are looking for two vehicles involved in a shooting on Pueblo's east side Thursday. According to the Pueblo Police Department (PPD), a bystander was struck during the incident.

According to police, the occupants of two vehicles were shooting at each other near the Family Dollar parking lot in the 2000 block of Troy Ave. PPD says the call for the shooting first came in at 3:06 p.m.

Police say a bystander was hit during the shooting and suffered non-life threatening injuries. According to police, the victim was a vendor delivering to the Family Dollar at the time of the shooting.

Officers are now searching for the two vehicles involved in the shooting. According to police, one vehicle is a white SUV and the other is a blue Volkswagen, possibly a Jetta. The PPD told KRDO that the suspects involved are considered "armed and dangerous."
