Woodland Park man arrested for sex assault on a child

WOODLAND PARK, Colo. (KRDO) -- A Woodland Park man has been arrested on multiple charges related to the sexual assault of a child.

According to the Woodland Park Police Department, 32-year-old Justin Scruggs was arrested on Friday, Aug. 5 on the following charges.

  • Sexual assault on a child
  • Sexual assault on a child - pattern of abuse
  • Sexual assault by a person in a position of trust
  • Child abuse

Police said he is currently being held on a $60,000 bond at the Teller County Jail.
