Colorado Springs Police investigating reported carjacking near N. Union Blvd. and Woodmen Rd.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Officers are investigating a reported carjacking that happened early Wednesday morning near N. Union Blvd. and Woodmen Rd.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department, officers from the Stetson Hills Division were dispatched to 3100 Woodland Hills Drive at 4:27 a.m.
Police say a newspaper delivery person had just returned to his vehicle when the suspects appeared. According to CSPD, the suspects ordered the victim out of his vehicle at gunpoint.
Officers say one shot was fired by the suspects as they fled the area.
