Pueblo Police arrested a bank robbery suspect

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- On July 22, 2022, officers with the Pueblo Police Department (PPD) were able to successfully identify the bank robbery suspect involved in the bank robbery that occurred on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at US Bank.

PPD identified the subject as 23-year-old, Kaylie Dora. Dora also had an active warrant for her arrest for a previous bank robbery that occurred back in March of 2022 for a bank robbery at US Bank.

Officers were sent to Vectra Bank on July 22 on a suspicious female that matched the description of Kaylie Dora.

PPD says the female was able to leave the area before officers arrived on the scene but, she was seen leaving the area as a passenger in a stolen vehicle.

On July 23, 2022, officers located Kaylie Dora, while she was sitting in a vehicle near the intersection of W. Northern Ave. and Pine Street. Kaylie was arrested for the two active warrants for bank robbery, according to PPD.

PPD reports that Dora has been previously listed as an FBI Safe Streets Wanted Criminal.
