Tails & Tunes live music event series coming to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- A 21-and-up live music event series is coming to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo this summer.
The zoo kicks off its "Tails & Tunes" event on Thursday, July 28. Attendees will experience an evening of live music, animals, drinks, and meals from a custom, chef-created menu.
The event will raise money for the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo's Quarters for Conservation program, with 75 cents from each ticket going to the program. According to the CMZoo, the program has raised more than $4 million for frontline conservation efforts around the world since 2008.
The event is 21-and-up only. Advanced tickets are required to attend the event and can be purchased here: Tails & Tunes. Tickets will not be available at the front gate.
